We hold a 24-hour notice period for cancellation of an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled outside of this 24-hour notice period, then the client will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

​Due to Covid-19, we are NOT currently charging for cancellations due to suspected symptoms or illness. Please do still give us as much notice as possible so they we can use this appointment slot for another client and we shall re arrange your appointment after the self-isolation period is complete with no active symptoms still or a confirmed negative test.
